Return Policy
Thanks for choosing Koru Oils above the rest and purchasing our products. We pride ourselves on delivering to you, pure therapeutic essential oils that you can trust and are sure to love! That being said, we realize mistakes and errors can happen. Read on for more regarding Koru’s return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an order where the bottle has leaked, been broken, was not the correct product, or otherwise unusable, please contact us immediately (via email or phone.) In circumstances like this, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
Client-Based Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and all sales are final. If there is a mistake made on our end (like sending the wrong oil, for example) we will do our best to make sure it's corrected. Because of the hand poured, and occasionally one of a kind or limited edition nature of our products, once your order is placed through our system, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied after your purchase.
We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, we don't have control over how USPS handles the package. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours to correct it.
Defective Products
We offer a 20-day money back guarantee on defective items in their original packaging. Returns must be received by Koru Essential Oils LLC within 20 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee. (This does not apply to essential oils or any custom blends) Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization number. Please note in order to return the unopened product you must have an RMA number, including but not limited to diffusers, jewelry, and other aromatherapy accessories.
