Koru's Wild Siberian Fir is grounding, refreshing, purifying, eye opening, mind opening and mind expanding. This is a great oil when used in a diffuser to purify indoor environments to help ward off illnesses especially during those winter months when everybody is stuck indoors. In Japan, coniferous forests are regarded as sacred spaces because of the effects they have on well-being. There is a ritualisitic practice that originates in these coniferous forests of Japan known as "forest bathing" and it is recognized as a form of relaxation.1
