If you thought all grapefruit essential oils were created the same...think again! This set is a really fun way to expand your knowledge of aromatherapy and scent.


Perhaps I have my background in winemaking to thank for my very keen and demanding sense of smell that lead me to carry such an array of lesser known essential oil. For those of you unfamiliar, before I became a Professional Aromatherapist, I earned a degree in Enology and Viticulture. I learned a lot about aromas as they relate to making some really killer wines. My favorite you ask? - Sauvignon Blanc of course! Grapefruit aromas are one of the staple aromas found in the Sauvignon Blanc grape and so I could not be more exited to showcase 3 very different smelling grapefruit essential oils. 


Grapefruit essential oil is expeller pressed from the peels of the fruit, so expect these to all be an explosion of aromas when you open them.

  • Koru's White Grapefruit offers a bright and intensely concentrated grapefruit citrus aroma. It has a clean, fresh, crisp, granny-smith apple like tartness to it with a very light sugary sweet orange blossom essence on the finish. 
  • Koru's Ruby Red Grapefruit is a sweeter more candied citrus oil. Imagine combining the scent of a freshly sliced ripe grapefruit and the sweetness of a ruby red grapefruit soda. This oil is the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity in aroma. 
  • Koru's Pink Grapefruit is only available for purchase in this set! (Although it is showcased in our Spiritual Grounding proprietary blend.) This grapefruit has an alluring sweet aroma that reminds me of a grapefruit simple syrup. It is incredibly concentrated and smells wonderful when used in a diffuser.
