Pollen Defense
Koru's Pollen Defense is a gentle, yet effective propriety blend. For years I have been asked to create a blend to provide support to the sinuses and respiratory system for asthma, allergies, and congestion. The combination of oils found in Pollen Defense offer a mellow and chill aroma that is comforting and relieving.
Lavender is a natural antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, and calms the body, helping to reduce irritation and relax breathing. One study concluded that lavender essential oil prevents allergic inflammation as well as the enlargement of mucous cells.1
Cedarwood is helpful for supporting healthy respiration function for the lungs, throat, and sinuses. Beyond being anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory, it also has grounding and calming properties.
Tea Tree is a decongestant, anti-infectious, anti-viral, disinfectant, supportive to the immune system, and also acts as an immuno-stimulant.
Roman Chamomile is anti-inflammatory, relaxing, relieves headaches, eases inflammation, and is anti-spasmodic.
Koru Oils Use Tip - Apply a couple drops of Pollen Defense onto a tissue and inhale. This is a great blend to use in a diffuser too. To the diffuser, add 3-4 drops of Pollen Defense per 100ml and run for 30 minutes at a time, resting for at least 2 hours in between. Remember, you are trying to provide support to your body and not cause more stress and workload for it. Trust that less is more.

10ml Roll-On Ingredients: high elevation wild french lavender, wild cedarwood, organic tea tree and roman chamomile essential oils in a balanced blend of organic jojoba oil.
Inhaler Ingredients: high elevation wild french lavender, wild cedarwood, organic tea tree and roman chamomile essential oils. | Nothing More. Nothing Less.
Inhaler Instructions: Place the inhaler wand by one nostril and breathe normally for about 20-30 seconds. Take deeper breaths as you feel comfortable. Repeat with other nostril. Can be used throughout the day. Be sure to close tube securely after each use.
